Seasonal products are used in the Restaurant zur Ilge in Twann and we attach great importance to the origin of our ingredients. The fresh fish comes from the village next to Twann, the wine from the neighbour and vegetables from the region's vegetable growers. This distinguishes us because freshness is our first priority.
